Problem hosting my server.

Whenever i try hosting my server theres a problem.

My server shows up in the list but for the ping it is "N/A"

I know why thought.

On the internet list i copied down the address of the server and it was wrong. On the LAN list I copied down the address of the server and it connected. Thsi is wierd. I have no idea how to fix this.

I don't have a firewall.

I dunno if this thing is a router but I have y DSL that comes from the wall into a little electrical box, then an ethernet cable from the box to my computer.

If any1 could help me fix this Ill give u 5 virtual home-made tollhouse brand cookies. And worship you for all my UT playing days.

I did not get, do you have any kind of routers? Can you ping your server? If you run it on Win'XP you probably have a firewall though you said you don't have it. Go check your ethernet adaptor properties and make sure that "IP filtering" is off.
