So if you missed UT99 by some chance, you will have a chance to buy it officially again. :mrgreen: Hopefully they will include all latest patches in the package. Good news for UT99 community. This package will bring some new meat to on-line servers.

After so many years Epic should just give the game away to get somebody to play it. I dont think they can get a whole lot of profit out of a 9 dollar game. Giving it away would bring new players into the game and which in turn means more ass to kick.

I remember 2 year old discussin when Tim Sweeney was promising to release source code to public to fix some bugs, improve compatibility with new hardware etc. Yeh, right...

If they gave 99 or even '03 away for free, it'd get more people to realize how awesome the game is, and in turn get even more people to by Ut2007. It'd be awesome if they did release 99 for free, instead of me having to wait for my friend to burn it :\

Sounds like a plot to keep people shut up and waiting patiently with delays on UT2007.

UT2007 looks like it will be fun, but all it is going to do is further split up the UT community.
In my experience swearing shows how limited your vocabulary is.

Unless everyone that plays/knows how sweet Ut2004 is buys '07...then there will be no splitting of the ut community.
