who keeps banning

everyday someone is banning everyone that played the day before, WHY?
I can unplug my router and reconnect but next day same thing.. I know of three other people with the same problem :bsod:

maybe because of banning of ip ranges rather than specific ip

I just wanna know why I got banned.
I want to joined your server for the first time and n there came a message there in was "Your IP address is banned on this server" but how I get banned if I never join it before?????
My IP is "192.168.124.123"
and my ut2004 name is "~°FøøDFíghT°~"
PLZ Unban me.

LoL, When it comes to play UT im not a noob, infact i been playing since UT99 but, can some one tell me how can you find your ip number, im a total noob on that.
