Banning on iDA Instagib Demo Server

Could anyone here give me a little clarifaction as to why I am now banned on the iDA demo server?
I was kicked from the game the other day by SpecFirst who claimed that I should be getting the flag and not "frag whoring" from the middle of the map since my team was losing. The argument got a little heated and I was kicked. I can understand a kick but a ban?.
This is not a post for the ban to be removed but simply for an explanation as to WHY I was banned.
