Dear Mr. Breeze,

It has come to my attention that you are grossly infringing upon the use of my trademark, "Ã–MG," and as such are in violation of the federal trademark law.

The following are examples of your misuse:

1. "omg...like that was probably done on purpose but...like ok like omg i'll let you in this time"
2. "like omg tizzle...grow one dude"
3. "like omg...long time...like omg Mafia 2k3 citadel...like omg .... hi"
4. "LIKE OMG...WHATS UP 3DAY...LIKE OMG

'OMG...LIKE SO VALLEY' ~ quote camelhumperish"

An immediate cease and desist order has be filed. Ã–MG hereby demands that you remove any and all trademarks of Ã–MG and any variations therein. Should you fail to comply with this directive by 11:59 EDT on 11/24/05, Ã–MG is prepared to enforce his rights to the fullest extent of the law.

This demand is made without prejudice to all rights and remedies, legal and equitable, Ã–MG may have, all of which are expressly reserved.
