UT99 is almost played as much as ut2004. That doesn't leave much hope for ut2007. TAM is the only thing that has kept 04 more popular than 99. What is so great about 99 that everyone is going back to it?

not many people even know about tam. enemy territory sucks because its full of hte game trend hoppers, thats why cs sucks also. Kinda sucks that people dont know a good game when they see it

Most people that play UT know about TAM. It is the 2nd most played game type in UT04, the only thing above it is the good old Death Match.

I have never played Wolfenstein, and I do not intend to.

Game trend? Whenever i play there aren't nearly as many servers/players at UT.

Although the game play with UT and UT2K4 is simular, UT draws the game player into the game in depth. It is more exciting and you actually feel that you are playing in the game as a person. On the other hand, UT2k4 is just a game, simular game play, but still just a game with great graphics but not as intense.

If they just shrunk players models and make sound cleaner, 2k4 would have a chance. Shooting in 2k4 is way too easy and gameplay was damaged because of that.
