The first time i saw it it was really interesting. He brings up some great points, but i'm not much of a conspiracy theorist.
It actually came out a whilllllllle ago.
There ARE a few things wrong with it though, most notably the Flying School intructor guy. With something like that, he'd definitely have records, really, really hard to believe.
Theres a real indepth description of problems with it in the forums on www.gametrailers.com , I can't find the specific link because something is fucked up there and i can't log back on.
